Kent Cup Round 2 at Bayford Meadows

Rotax Championship

It’s back to back race weekends for us following on from a successful championship race at Lydd last weekend. This time we were at Bayford Meadows for Round 4 of the BMKR championship and Round 2 of the Kent Cup Championship. We didn’t have outright pace but we kept at it and the results helped us up to 6th position out of 27 drivers in the KC championship. Looking forward to returning next month when we hope we can get back up the grid like we did last month. Click here to read full article

Rotax Championship

A new day and still the good news is coming in. We received a phone-call today to discuss and arrange Jacob joining Lydd’s race team and we are delighted to announce that he will be from round 4 of the IKR Summer Championship. This weekends race at Bayford will be our last one running our distinctive black and green livery because the kart will be going through a make-over and a few other little upgrades in preparation for joining our new team. This is a great addition to the list of fantastic achievements throughout the weekend and Jacob now holds the lap record at two karting circuits in the southeast. Click here to read full article

Front row start and 2nd place on the podium

Rotax Championship

This weekend was the third round of the IKR Rotax Junior Championship at Lydd Kart Circuit. The weather was perfect all weekend and as always the Lydd Track looked stunning and I couldn’t wait to get out there and put some laps in. Saturdays sessions didn’t fully go to plan with the kart not behaving itself. I qualified on the front row for heat 1 in second which was my best grid start. The race start went well and once I managed to warm up my tyres I was hunting down the leader. Click here to read full article
