This weekend marks the final round of the BMKR 2022 Championship, round 9. The weekends weather has been up and down all weekend with a lot of dry and wet running. This was good because it enabled us to be able to fully set-up the kart for the extremely wet conditions so we were hopeful of a strong finish to the season. Click here to read full article

It’s back to back race weekends for us following on from a successful championship race at Lydd last weekend. This time we were at Bayford Meadows for Round 4 of the BMKR championship and Round 2 of the Kent Cup Championship. We didn’t have outright pace but we kept at it and the results helped us up to 6th position out of 27 drivers in the KC championship. Looking forward to returning next month when we hope we can get back up the grid like we did last month. Click here to read full article

Flying in the final before seeing red…. twice
This week we are at Bayford Meadows for the BMKR Summer Championship – Round 2. Today was a tough one and wasn’t really going my way. I had a bad qualifying so started 12th and finished heat one in 12th. Heat two I got side swiped quite hard, breaking the kart. I kept myself out of trouble in the final and worked my way up to 6th before the race was red flagged due to an accident. Click here to read more >
First round of the BMKR Championship
This weekend was the first round of the BMKR Rotax Junior Championship at Bayford Meadows. Bayford is a new track for me. I’ve tested there once and never raced there so this weekend was a very steep learning curve. The Junior category is very competitive and the racing is full on and very hard. Saturday was a test day and Sunday was the start of the new championship.
