Today is the final round of the IKR Winter Junior Rotax Championship at Lydd. The practice session and qualifying were on a dry track with light rain but it was clear that by heat 1 the race would be on wets. I qualified 3rd, and finished heat 1 3rd. The track conditions were getting wetter and it was clear that for heat two we would need full wet set-up.
Its round 4 of the IKR championship at Lydd. Race day was dry. I qualified 3rd. Heat 1 I finished 3rd, Teat 2, finished 3rd and the final; finished 2nd. I’m currently 3rd in the championship with 250 points out of 12 competitors and only 23 points away from 2nd. My lap times were the quickest they have been. I am definitely getting faster and more confident with my kart.
