After two championship weekends of karting down and Lydd and Bayford Meadows we could have taken this week off to rest…. but not us, we headed up to PFI for a test day. Bayford Meadows, a British Championship venue and 1100m NKA/MSA licensed circuit set within a 12 acre site. The circuit was designed and built by owner Gerry Lilley and first opened to the public in 1997.
This weekend marks the final round of the BMKR 2022 Championship, round 9. The weekends weather has been up and down all weekend with a lot of dry and wet running. This was good because it enabled us to be able to fully set-up the kart for the extremely wet conditions so we were hopeful of a strong finish to the season. Click here to read full article
It’s the start of the IKR winter series and we are down at Lydd International circuit and the weather this weekend has been unusually warm for this time of year. Jacob was fastest in warm-up, secured his first pole position, had three fastest laps and won the pre-final heat and came 2nd the grand final earning him another podium visit. Today Jacob became vice-champion in the 2022 IKR Rotax Championship. He was determined to be as fast as the top runners when he started the championship as a new driver and after seven months of hard work, determination and brilliant driving Jacob secured 2nd in the championship.
