It’s half-term this week and we have been working hard testing and improving the kart. In 4 days we have tested at 3 different circuits: Lydd, Buckmore Park & Bayford Meadows.
Lydd International Kart Circuit
Run 196 laps which was 152 miles. Running on slick tyres in cold conditions with a fastest speed of 68.8mph.
Buckmore Park Circuit
Run 75 laps which was 56 miles. Running on wet tyres in cold and extreme wet conditions with a fastest speed of 58.9mph.
Bayford Meadows Kart Circuit
Run 99 laps which was 68 miles. Running on slick tyres in cold conditions with a fastest speed of 62.0mph.

Testing went well. Buckmore & Bayford are new circuits so was great to add them to the list of circuits driven in my kart. It was extremely important to practice at Bayford as I will be competing in their next championship.
Clocking up all that track time was really useful, we learnt a lot, had a lot of fun, worked hard and have implemented a few additional changes to the kart ready for the next race in a few weeks. The more time we spend on track the more we learn and hopefully the faster we will go.
