Only 7 days since our first pre-season test down at Forest Edge we headed north for our second test, this time at Fulbeck kart circuit. Data gathering is essential as we have never run there as a senior.
The objective of the test was to gain as much data as possible for our up-coming race here in the NKC. The temperature is 6 degrees warmer than last weekend with sunny spells and for once, dry.
Session by session we tested gearing set-up and were setting personal bests throughout the day. We tested different tyre types along with tyre pressures and finally carb jetting.
The day was a success, kart and driver ended the day with competitive pace making huge gains since our last visit there two years ago.
Now we clean and prep the kart ready for next weekends final round of the LIKC winter championship.
